Hi! I’m Jesse!
A little about me
Jesse Jukebox (ASCAP) is where Mr. Rogers meets Jack Black and Weird Al Yankovic. Sincere, charismatic and unconventional, he invites kids to rock the most outrageous version of themselves—quirks and all. His music balances humor, humanity and heart, with room for big laughs and honest feelings.
As a music-loving kid with ADHD, Jesse was refused lessons for being too “wild” and struggled to fit in at school. At eight, he lost his dad to cancer. A music therapist at the hospital helped him find solace in music, and that experience still shapes his mission: helping children feel understood, express themselves and find comfort through a song.
A self-taught musician, Jesse went on to earn a degree from Berklee College of Music and a master’s in Early Childhood Education from Ursuline College. Today, he teaches early-childhood music in Cleveland and performs solo or alongside DJ Turkey Sandwich.
His five family albums include an entire album of one-minute songs and Jesse Jukebox Sells Out, which pairs absurd humor with childhood’s big feelings. Recent international awards and first-place songwriting honors mark a new chapter in that musical journey. Jesse is also a Recording Academy Voting Member.
A lot of recognition!
